I worked with Jason at Excel Motors and he was great. This company treated me with respect and provided exactly what was on offer. Offered their own shop equipment for me to have an independent inspection on the vehicle I was interested in. No hidden issues and no hidden fees. Easy to negotiate with as I was reasonable in my offer and followed through on promises, including an oil change which was not in our contract. Recently purchased a Vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience. My salesman Jason took care of everything I needed and acknowledged existing damage and took care of it free of charge. I was only there for about 2 hours and drove away in the truck I wanted. I appreciated the hospitality and swiftness that was given to me and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
In the past I’ve always purchased my used vehicles from new car dealerships, believing they offer the best selection and security. This time, however, I made an exception because I was looking for a very specific car—a Lexus SC430—and found one at Excel Motors that was simply priced too well to ignore. The deal itself was excellent, but what truly stood out to me was what happened after the purchase. Sam, the owner of Excel Motors, went above and beyond to make sure the car was right. He took the time to address every issue that needed attention and ensured that any conditions requiring repair were properly handled. This level of service after the sale is something I’ve honestly never experienced—neither from independent used car dealers nor from major new car dealerships. In my experience, once most dealerships finalize the paperwork, their involvement ends. That was not the case here. Sam remained attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. Getting a great price is always important, but having a dealer who stands behind the car and takes care of the customer after the sale is what really matters.
