  • Mixed Experience: Great Financing, Major Safety Hazard Immediately After Purchase I will start with the positive: this is a family-owned dealership, and the sales and finance team really did help put me in a car. My credit is fair, and they worked with me to get an approval. I genuinely appreciated their willingness to make the deal happen. One quick heads-up for anyone visiting: the lot is extremely crowded, so navigating around is pretty tight. However, the experience took a drastic turn immediately after. Literally right after driving off the lot, my 2016 Subaru Outback completely died while I was in drive at a drive-thru. The alternator had failed. Here are the main issues: Major Safety Risk: I had my 17-month-old daughter in the car with me on a very hot day. The car died while actively in drive, leaving us stranded at the restaurant. If this had happened on the freeway, it could have been a disaster. Stranded Far From Home: I live in Vallejo and the dealership is in Sacramento. Breaking down with a baby on a hot day when you have a long commute home makes a stressful situation exponentially worse. The entire ordeal wasted about 3 hours of our day. Poor Customer Service Response: They fixed the alternator, but when I asked for reasonable compensation for my wasted time and the massive safety hazard, management flat-out refused. They claimed replacing the broken alternator on a car they just sold me was done in "good faith." Selling a car that breaks down five minutes later isn't good business. Fixing it isn't a favor; it is the bare minimum. If you have fair credit, they might be able to help you get a loan. But if you buy a used car here, definitely get it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic first.
