In the past I’ve always purchased my used vehicles from new car dealerships, believing they offer the best selection and security. This time, however, I made an exception because I was looking for a very specific car—a Lexus SC430—and found one at Excel Motors that was simply priced too well to ignore. The deal itself was excellent, but what truly stood out to me was what happened after the purchase. Sam, the owner of Excel Motors, went above and beyond to make sure the car was right. He took the time to address every issue that needed attention and ensured that any conditions requiring repair were properly handled. This level of service after the sale is something I’ve honestly never experienced—neither from independent used car dealers nor from major new car dealerships. In my experience, once most dealerships finalize the paperwork, their involvement ends. That was not the case here. Sam remained attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. Getting a great price is always important, but having a dealer who stands behind the car and takes care of the customer after the sale is what really matters. Came to Excel Motors today on a Sunday and fell in love with a Mercedes Benz E63s they just freshly listed. The second I entered the lot Jason met me with hospitality and professionalism.
