  Let me just start by saying that you are going to be hard pressed to find a car guy like Brandon! He's awesome! My fiance & I come across a gentleman that had a broken down car at a local restaurant. It was freezing that Sunday before we got 12"+ of snow. He had a radiator hose replaced by Brandon. Just a hose mind you. We had his car towed to 5 Star. Brandon reached put to me after the snow. I explained the gentleman's situation. Brandon then took it upon himself to fix this car with no labor cost. NO LABOR COST! This is unheard of the automotive world! What an awesome gesture! Myself & this gentleman are total strangers to him. With all of this being said, imagine what he'll do for you if you were to purchase a car from 5 Star! They have a huge clean selection of nice clean used cars. You owe it to yourselves to purchase your next used vehicle from Brandon! You'll be in great hands! Excellent service!   This was quite honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The guys at 5 star are just good dudes. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get us in the car we’ve always wanted! If you are looking for an insane selection of everything from jeeps to high end luxury, these guys have it! Oh yeah, their prices are silly affordable too. No way I just bought a Twin Turbo 7 Series BMW for the price I did… absolutely stunning vehicle! Would highly recommend these guys and will certainly come back in the future. I can’t say enough good things about 5-Star!! Thanks guys!! Photos to come!!

  Drove three hours to look at a car and set an appointment. Was told to drive around for half an hour or so as they needed to get the car from another one of their lots. (turns out it was the owners daily driver). Car drove funny, and ran a code reader that had codes for the engine and transmission. Looked at another vehicle, everything seemed fine, drove better, no codes, etc. Purchased the Vehicle in Mid July, was told the timing had been replaced. By the beginning of August (17 days of having the car) the vehicle had broke down, needing a full engine replacement, among other things. The shop that looked at the vehicle said that the engine components were not put back on correctly and were not the right parts and it was extremely dangerous to even leave the lot with the car. Warranty offered by them did not cover any repairs. Tried to reach out to the owner to come to a resolution and received no response. Unfortunately had to get an attorney involved.
