I purchased a cargo van from Shawn on 3/18/24. I wanted to give it sometime to see how things would go with the van before submitting a review. I was a little skeptical at first because Shawn is not your average or traditional car salesman but he was very personable and made us feel comfortable. He didn’t try to over sell us, we told him exactly what we were looking for and he delivered. It has officially been 1 month since purchasing our Ford Transit 250 high roof extended cab, and we’ve had absolutely no issues with it so far. The van has driven 6k miles all across the US. It drives like butter!!! It was in great condition, very clean inside and out. Shawn reassured us all of his vehicles are certified and inspected prior to sale. He was honest and upfront throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable in regard to the car biz and finances. If you’re reading this, just book your appointment. You won’t regret it. When we’re ready, we’ll be back to grab another van from Shawn!
Shawn was so awesome to work with. We bought a truck from him out of state. He sent us a lot of extra photos and videos (per our request). Was quick with responses and very polite throughout. We would highly recommend him! Most importantly - Shawn set up the transportation for us and actually caught a scammer that was trying to get possession of the truck. Shawn felt that something was off with their responses for transport and called the truck pick up off. Turns out he was right and we all avoided an expensive scam. He set up a new transport company to pick up the truck and deliver it. Shawn kept great communication throughout the entire process. We will buy from him again without hesitation. Thanks Shawn!
