The experience was great as soon as we turned in Mike was very polite and welcomed us in. He took us to look at a few cars and we decided with a great Nissan Sentra for my daughter’s first car. Whooooooo this has been a long road (not really but in my eyes) lol. The customer service I received from Mr. Sam, Queen, and Eric was hands down awesome. We had some hiccups but we pulled it together and I got what I cane for. Keeping a level head in an already chaotic experience (that’s how I see buying a car no matter where I get it) they made it great. Everybody smiling and moving about!!
