  • I’ve been a returning customer at Greenville Motor Company’s service department across two locations, and they consistently treat me like family. The team takes the time to walk through diagnostics with me, lets me ask as many questions as I need, and never makes me feel judged for being hands-on with my own findings. Billy especially stands out — he always says, “There’s no such thing as a bad question,” and truly means it. Their transparency and patience mean a lot. They’ve handled everything on my vehicle, from a VVT issue to a catalytic converter replacement to routine oil changes, and the work has always been solid and timely. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and genuine respect for customers. I trust them completely with my car.

  • Friendly employees were very efficient and easy to talk to. They did an excellent job washing and waxing my car and did not take a long time to complete the job. They even had an employee ride with me to take me back home and took my car back to the dealership for the detail work. Very fair price and did a good job. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a good job with cleaning their vehicle. Rick Walker, Winterville NC

  • A few months ago, I left a positive review because my initial experience seemed great. Unfortunately, my opinion has completely changed. The first vehicle I purchased turned out to be a lemon. Within 10 days of ownership and less than 500 miles driven, the car required significant repairs. It then sat in the repair shop for 20 days before I was even able to get a clear update. Communication during that time was extremely frustrating. To their credit, the dealership did agree to take the vehicle back. However, they kept my $2,000 deposit. I was offered the opportunity to purchase another vehicle, but my original deposit was not transferred to the new car. Instead, I had to pay another deposit, another tag and registration fee, and I was told, “these things just happens sometimes.” That explanation was disappointing and unacceptable. Now, 60 days after purchasing the replacement vehicle, I am still waiting for my tags. I have been informed that the dealership is waiting on the title from the auction house. I am genuinely confused as to how a dealership can purchase a vehicle from an auction without having the title in hand — and then sell that same vehicle to a customer without the title being secured first. My main question is: what happens if the title issue is never resolved? Where does that leave me as the buyer? What irks me even more is the lack of communication. My calls have gone unanswered or straight to voicemail on multiple occasions. That level of service only adds to the frustration. If the owner is reading this, I would appreciate a direct call to discuss this situation. There has to be better business practices than what I have experienced over the past few months. At this point, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.
