  • Dishonest, Unsafe, Predatory Pricing - I am SHOCKED by how badly this turned out. It's a family place, they have their kids working there, so while buying a used car comes with risks, I trusted the owners to sell me a decent car to the best of their knowledge. I misjudged them completely. A few weeks after my purchase, still making payments to RT, my car was shaking and making noises. I bring it in, the RT Motorsports - as I paid for $1,000 mandatory package to service the car. Their Mechanic tells me directly, the frame is severely rusted, it's not safe and I would have to get a new car, or "ride it 'til the wheels fall off". I was extremely upset to learn they had knowingly sold me an unsafe car and potentially dangerous situation. I tried reaching the owners to discuss this, they continued to have their daughter and son get on the phone - completely avoided me - no help, very rude at times. WELL, THE WHEEL DID FALL OFF. Luckily I was only driving 25 mph when it happened. Today, I received a letter from them telling me they are *selling the car* with severe rust damage and I owe them $4,000 These people do not care about people. I would not be able to sleep at night if I did business this way, it's truly mind-blowing. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. And do not buy a 2007 Toyota Yaris from them.

  • I highly recommend RT Motorsports. I’m always skeptical when it comes to car dealers, but when I met Robert, he was very reassuring and informative. After he made a great deal on my minivan, that includes service, I felt like part of the family! Since then, when I had a concern, he said to bring it in, where they checked it and once again, Robert took care of everything. They truly go above and beyond! Thank you RT Motorsports!

  • After losing my car I was desperate for a new one, and this dealer must have smelt it . He lied about my mother not having credit (she has a 700 credit) just to get us to finance through his loan companies, tried to fudge the numbers and we got denied. Thank god, he tried to stick us with a 700$ payment for 6 years, crazy!!! Not to mention the vehicle I was looking at had a check engine light on (never mentioned in the ad coincidentally) and tried to say some bs like it’s an easy fix, after asking mechanics in the area , the issue would cost roughly 7-8k to fix. No wonder they never fixed it. We were lucky the fudging of numbers denied the loan, which we never asked him to do. Found a new honest dealer soon after. Thank god we never did buisness here , I could only imagine how many desperate peoole he has screwed over. Oh and the loan company he wanted us to use, from further research, is the worst in the nation! 1 star reviews with class action lawsuits against it. SCAMMERS! Buyers Beware!!!!
