BEWARE! PREDATORY & UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERI strongly urge anyone considering buying a vehicle from Mohadd Auto Trading LLC to stay far away. I purchased a truck here on July 30th and paid a $3,400 down payment. In less than 20 days, the vehicle suffered a catastrophic axle failure while my daughter and I were driving on the highway, creating an incredibly dangerous, life-threatening situation. The vehicle has been completely broken and grounded ever since. To make matters worse, they are operating entirely out of compliance with state regulations. Under Georgia Law (O.C.G.A. § 40-3-33), dealers must submit your title application within 30 days. It has been well over 45 days, and they still have not processed my title. The Georgia MyMVD state system completely rejects my VIN because this dealership never legally registered me as the owner. When I finally reached the owner to discuss these severe structural defects and the missing title, he was shockingly rude, hostile, and completely lacking in professionalism. He cut me off, blamed me for a pre-existing mechanical failure, and filled the conversation with arrogance. Instead of working out a temporary extension or addressing his state violations, he screamed that he was going to come illegally repossess the broken truck and hung up the phone in my face. This business takes your hard-earned down payment, sells unsafe vehicles, breaks state title laws, and resorts to verbal threats and intimidation when called out. Save your money, protect your family, and go to a reputable dealership that respects the law and their customers. Formal state board and consumer fraud complaints have been filed.
DO NOT buy from this place. We purchased my daughter's car on 6/21/26- He told us the car had an inspection when in reality, it was "his tech" looking at it. When asked for documentation of it, there was none. We had to spend almost $5000 a month after purchasing because of how bad this was. The dealership making the repairs were astonished at the condition of it and even more so when another vehicle from Mohadd came in with a high ticket repair as well. We also went to the tag office to get the title and tags since it didn't come in the mail. They told us the dealer never sent the paperwork in so they couldn't help us. Multiple calls and messages later, he finally answered and filed the papers later that day, on July 24 (more than 30 days after the sale which is against the law in Georgia). Our purchase included a 3,000 mile/3 month warranty. When we took it in for repairs, the warranty covers NONE of it. We paid for repairs and it's been fine for now. We just received a letter in the mail yesterday (9/8/26) stating the dealership never paid for the warranty so they were revoking it. Good thing we didn't use it! I will never recommend this place and will steer people away from it. EDIT- as of 9/18/26 - we STILL can't get the title. Once again, a call to the Georgia tag office revealed he did NOT send in the needed paperwork and we can't get it right now. I've called his office and am waiting a response. If we don't have a clear response by the end of next week, we will be getting an attorney involved
It was an easy one day meetup. The staff was polite. I got my first car here. It was ok. Did all the paperwork here too and left with my car.
