We recently brought our 2017 Nissan Titan Diesel into Coulter Nissan for repairs, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our Service Advisor, Scott, treated us with true professionalism and courtesy the entire time. He communicated clearly, kept us updated, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. What really impressed us was that he delivered exactly what he promised — and even better, got our truck back to us a full day early. That kind of efficiency and follow-through says a lot about both Scott and the entire service team. It’s refreshing to work with people who take pride in what they do. Thank you to Scott and the Coulter Nissan team for taking such good care of us. We truly appreciate it.
I shopped for a new Nissan Armada Pro 4X at a few valley Nissan dealerships and the atmosphere at Coulter Nissan was the only "upscale" experience. The other Nissan Dealerships employed old-school, high-pressure tactics and overall the experience was miserable. The sales people outright lied about the vehicles they had in inventory and a series of "next level" personnel would stop by and badger me towards the purchase of vehicles I did not want. One dealership actually lied to me about incentives available for 2026 models. Simply put, they didn't listen to a word I said. I decided to return to Coulter where I saw a beautiful 2026 Alpine Metallic Armada Pro-4X sitting inside the showroom. It lacked the 2nd row bench seats and the premium package but I am very happy with my decision to bring it home. I was even flagged down at a stop light and a woman asked what I was driving. She said, "...that's a sexy SUV!" The experience at Coulter was first-class. They listened to what I said, did not employ high pressure tactics and I left a very happy customer. Their service team is also very accommodating. Sometimes it's way better to stay in your own backyard.
Scott Clouse is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been going to Scott for my vehicle maintenance since 2010. He was always up front and never tried to sell me service. His crew has always done an outstanding job. I never had to take my vehicle back for the same repairs. I highly recommend him and he will be a vital asset to Coulter Nissan.
