I've been coming here for a few years now after discovering how reasonably priced and competitive their routine maintenance is. What started with oil changes and regular service quickly turned into something even more valuable—trust. The biggest reason I keep coming back is that I've always felt the service team is honest, straightforward, and fair. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and I truly appreciate that they help me plan ahead for future maintenance instead of surprising me with unexpected expenses. Michael Santana has been especially wonderful to work with. He's always kind, courteous, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The entire service team consistently goes the extra mile and treats both me and my Murano with a little extra TLC. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. The only thing I'd change is the follow-up sales calls asking if I'd like to trade in my vehicle after bringing it in for major repairs. I've always preferred to maintain my Murano, so those calls feel a little out of place. Other than that, my experiences with the service department have been excellent. Customer for life.
While several dealerships had similar vehicles what really brought us back was the salesman Terry Matteson. I was in the car biz for 14 years and in sales most of my life. Terry knows how to treat people, was professional and a pleasure to work with. The process at the dealership was good as well. HIGHLY recommend Terry Matteson and Coulter Nissan.
