  • 20,000 mile service on my vehicle. Monica was right there when I pulled in, showed me my options, and we were done. I asked if they could also check my battery (in Arizona, good idea), and she included that. Very quick process. I told Monica I was going for my morning walk. During the walk, I received a text from Monica, indicating the battery failed and the cost to replace it. I approved the replacement on my phone and finished my walk. Shortly after I got back, the car was ready. Really good use of time, and Monica has become my go-to person for service.
