  • Went here yesterday to look at a specific car and few others as options. Did not have a good experience. I bought a car at Acura North Scottsdale a few years ago and the car I looked at was the same price as advertised online and the breakdown of everything came out to that price listed online. But coming here, the car I looked at ended up being $6,000 more after we broke down numbers, this seemed kind of odd to me. I understand that prices could change but $6,000 is a big difference. And we were told that we couldn’t take accessories off which I’ve never heard of you not being able to do that at a dealership. It feels like they are extorting you. They should be advertising the real prices online. To me, because they aren’t advertising the real price it ended being a waste of my day cause I wouldn’t have even bothered going if online said the real price. Oh and the sales guy kept talking to me like I was dumb. Ended up walking out of there pretty upset and I wouldn’t ever recommend this place. Edit: Got a message from the General Sales Manager and he treated me the same way and talked to me like I’m some dumb girl who doesn’t know what I’m doing or talking about. I’m not looking for anything from them just trying to share my experience which didn’t get any better. If you were considering buying a car from here, especially as a woman I would think twice about it. P.s. There’s no need for a response to this as nothing will change my opinion. I would rather not here from you guys.

  • Andrew and Russ are phenomenal to deal with. I had a fan go out the day before Thanksgiving and they had it fixed by 10 AM the next day after! Andrew is attentive and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. He even helped me carry my stuff back to my car from my rental. Top notch always, We highly recommend Coulter Nissan to everyone!

The finance manager, Justin Marcum was also very experienced and made my purchase very easy.
