We recently brought our 2017 Nissan Titan Diesel into Coulter Nissan for repairs, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our Service Advisor, Scott, treated us with true professionalism and courtesy the entire time. He communicated clearly, kept us updated, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. What really impressed us was that he delivered exactly what he promised — and even better, got our truck back to us a full day early. I had a really good experience with this dealership. I was having a bad day, and they were able to give me a great deal on a new Nissan kicks, which is so amazing with lots of new features. The other nissan dealership that I dealt with, the salesman made fun of me, and also the Sales manager was trying to give me ridiculous quotes even when I had a down payment and great credit.
