I had visited him the first time a year ago, and although we didn't purchase a car then (from anywhere, not just from here), H & Y was first on our mind when we needed to replace our car that was recently a total loss in an accident. I have never encountered a more honest and transparent dealership. Hector took the time to explain my new car's carfax in detail, was up front about any potential defects, and also very knowledgeable on all the car's features. When I said I was still considering another model he didn't have in inventory, he even encouraged me to visit a competitor before committing so I could be sure I was getting the right fit. All of this says ao much about his character. When it came time for the deal to be settled, he presented all purchase/finance options clearly, ensuring we were paying the best deal for the best plan that worked for us. Yani was also so friendly and helpful the day of purchase! All in all a truly excellent experience and I would recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone! 100000/10!!
