  Bought 2 cat trees (1 for my neighbor who's 105 y/o and her cat is 22). I reached out to confirm that they had what I was looking for before I drive 40 out there and they said "yes, we have those". Got there and she said we don't have anymore of those but we have some smaller ones(the old bait and switch move). I didn't want to make an empty trip so I asked to see them and decided to take the 2 that was offered. The first box had all the pieces but there weren't numbers to match with the directions so I was a headache to match everything and took an extra hour or so to put it together. The second box when open didn't have directions and the nuts and bolts were just spread throughout the box and someone had started putting it together (some screws were in the post already) and gave up. It was missing one of the hosing and 1 post was bent. I called and was told to come back and get all pieces that were missing but I'm just going to wash my hands of themand go to my original warehouse shop out in the Cummings area(that didn't have what I was looking for this time). They're more organized and the products are much better.

  DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! The customer service is terrible!!! It’s clear they only want your money and lack integrity!! They have a HUGE sign that clearly states EVERYTHING 10% OFF for Black Friday deals!!! I picked my item which was a buffet cabinet, walk towards the desk to check out and to my surprise they REFUSE to honor the discount!! I’m shocked and ask why, they say oh sorry it ended yesterday!! Like excuse me so why are ten signs posted everywhere in ten store!!! This place is a scam I will not be back!!! Do yourself a favor and shop at other reputable warehouse outlets like Happy Furniture in Duluth, they offer assembly and MOST OF ALL HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED SALES!!!

  🚨 Do not purchase here buyer beware 🚨 they will lie to you and tell you you can bring it back if you don’t like it we purchased a fire pit about 2 1/2 weeks ago for $172.80 and we did not like the product, it was too tall for our porch brought the product back in the original packaging And they refused to do anything about it. Horrible for a consumer to do business with this place no compassion very money hungry!! I can prove when we purchased it. We literally tested it for 30 minutes and did not like it and boxed it back up. We only have had the item 12 days!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU! I will be disputing this with my credit card company !!! When we put it back together since we’re forced to keep a product, we do not want. I’ll take a video to show you how nice it is like new I wouldn’t have even mind if they charged a restock fee and took the product back and then they could still resell it regardless it’s a win-win situation. They have no idea how to run a business.
