  I get a little skeptical with smaller car dealerships as I have had a not so great experience with one. As I was pulling into west coast auto works I realized it was a lot bigger than I had thought which made me feel better. And I noticed they had some really nice vehicles on their lot. The car salesman greeted us, I said there was a specific truck I wanted to look at so he went and grabbed the keys. What I liked is he stay hovering over us while we looked over the truck and he wasn’t pushy. The detail in the inside was the cleanest I had seen out of all the trucks at other lots I had looked at. We test drove it, looked over it some more and decided to sit down and figure out the loan. I had a trade in which I was upside down on, and I had been to a few lots already and found a truck I had liked that I had negotiated to get my trade in offer to a decent value. Alex came out with my trade in value $2500 more than the other lot on the first offer. He didn’t try to low ball me whatsoever which most lots do. I immediately took the truck straight to my uncle who is a mechanic, to look over the truck and see if he could find anything wrong, he did not. Worse thing about buying a vehicle is when you find out something big is wrong with it, I am so relieved that wasn’t an issue here. Highly recommend this car lot, I would definitely buy from them again.

  Let me start out by saying I do not normally leave good reviews for car dealerships. For literally, the first time in my life, I am leaving a 100% positive review. Let me start out by saying Steve at Westcoast Autoworks was an absolute pleasure to deal with and seemed to actually care about helping me out. First, it started out in august of 2023 when I first went there to purchase my 2010 Dodge Challenger Srt8. On my way home from the dealership, which is up in the Seattle area the check engine light came on. I got home and ran the code, and it was a bad catalytic converter. Right off the bat, west coast, auto works sent me a check for $1000 to replace the bad converter. I mean honestly what dealership does that? Next, in september of 2025, the motor went out on the challenger, and I had put less than two thousand miles on the Challenger the whole time I had it. I tried using the extended warranty that I purchased, but the warranty company denied my claim because I had a cold air intake on the car. I quickly contacted Steve at west coast autoworks, and they actually bought my car back and helped me get into another car. Where do you find a car dealership that will do that for you after owning the car for a year? Honestly, if you need a car, it's worth the drive up north to see Westcoast Autoworks.
