  I get a little skeptical with smaller car dealerships as I have had a not so great experience with one. As I was pulling into west coast auto works I realized it was a lot bigger than I had thought which made me feel better. And I noticed they had some really nice vehicles on their lot. The car salesman greeted us, I said there was a specific truck I wanted to look at so he went and grabbed the keys. What I liked is he stay hovering over us while we looked over the truck and he wasn’t pushy. The detail in the inside was the cleanest I had seen out of all the trucks at other lots I had looked at. We test drove it, looked over it some more and decided to sit down and figure out the loan. I had a trade in which I was upside down on, and I had been to a few lots already and found a truck I had liked that I had negotiated to get my trade in offer to a decent value. Alex came out with my trade in value $2500 more than the other lot on the first offer. He didn’t try to low ball me whatsoever which most lots do. I immediately took the truck straight to my uncle who is a mechanic, to look over the truck and see if he could find anything wrong, he did not. Worse thing about buying a vehicle is when you find out something big is wrong with it, I am so relieved that wasn’t an issue here. Highly recommend this car lot, I would definitely buy from them again.

  STELLAR EXPERIENCE: My husband and I were looking for a new primary vehicle for him, and he was immediately drawn to the 2021 Audi S5. He found two cars at two different dealerships. A quantum gray premium plus vs a white prestige package, both with a red cockpit interior and in comparably great condition. Ultimately, it was the welcoming, easy-going, encouraging attitude Ethan presented to us upon our arrival that personally swayed me into wanting to do business with this dealership. It was my husband's second time visiting, and he brought me back a second time to help him decide. Both times, Ethan allowed him to take the car out for a test drive and encouraged us to take our time with the car until we knew we wanted to buy it. This made the experience feel so much less daunting, and the no-pressure attitude gave us space to really consider the car as a whole. It really gave the impression of honesty (what you see is what you get, nothing to hide), and he didn't feel overly pushy as if all he wanted was the sale. When it came to negotiating an offer, Ethan and his team were willing to work with us until we decided on a number that worked for both buyer and seller. As a co-signer, I especially appreciated how the staff treated me as an equally valuable customer as my husband, not just as "the wife" along for the ride. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Steven assisted us through the financing portion. He was also upbeat, personable, yet professional and walked us through the paperwork (repeating himself when I asked for layman's terms) without complaint and remained pleasant throughout. He utilized a color-coding system that made the signing process easier and more efficient and patiently calculated multiple scenarios for us depending on different downpayments, interest rates, or 5-, 6-, and 7-year loans. He provided his own opinions and explanations without making it seem like he was forcing us to choose one option. The whole process was pretty swift in comparison to some other experiences purchasing cars, and non-stressful. The entire staff in general was good vibes, including the staff present that weren't directly working with us. Ethan complimentarily filled the gas tank and wiper fluid for us, which was super appreciated. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful white 2021 Audi S5 prestige. Overall, a stellar experience, leading me to definitely consider working with them again in the future if we're looking for another upgrade. I also recommend y'all try them out as well!
