Those 1 star reviews are not only outdated, but not even in the same world of great service Zach provides now. I bought a used car from him which was not inly as described perfectly, but even when we facetimed to verify everything. The numbers were not altered there were no hidden fees or hassle, and he answered my myriad of questions! He even worked out the deal to help me out and provided beyond expectations.

  This would my 13th car purchase in my life and I have never been more satisfied with a purchase. Zach is one of the most down to earth sales people I have ever met. You'll get exactly what you put out, come in with reason and understanding you'll get some of the best customer service around. Come in with entitlement and being unreasonable you'll probably want to go somewhere else. Flew in from Arizona to pick up a car that was exactly as advertised.
