I was in the market looking for trucks and found this place with a Tacoma at a great price with low mileage that fit my needs. I called in for a test drive and had the pleasure of working with Seth, I was straightforward and told him I was interested of taking the Tacoma home that day and he was very generous to inform me what documents I needed to bring prior to getting the truck, which also made the process/paperwork quicker than I thought! He also took the initiative to send me a credit application before my appointment to look at financing options but also ensured there was no pressure or obligation, this made the entire process comfortable and stress free! I also had a couple issues with some of my documents but Seth was very patient and helpful to make sure I had everything I needed and sure enough I left Texas Prime Auto with the truck of my dreams and a smile on my face!! Overall, superb communication and professionalism from Seth. Was very knowledgeable, has a positive attitude, a true man of his word. If they don’t have the car you’re looking for, Seth would be able to look one specifically for you too. Amazing service! Also, the pictures on their website look so much better in person I swear, you can tell they take good care of the cars and not selling you junk! Recommend 10/10!

I live in the Houston area and saw this gem for sale I talk to Seth on the phone and he answered every question I had & the following day I put a deposit down and a week later I picked it up. I worried that the pictures were going to be hiding something, but the truth is the truck just looked better in person. Seth was very professional and welcoming and made the process quick and easy. Was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Texas Auto Prime!!
