  First time buyer here at Texas Prime Auto and will happily be a returning customer for my next vehicle, the experience I had here was like no other dealership and let me tell you why! I was in the market looking for trucks and found this place with a Tacoma at a great price with low mileage that fit my needs. I called in for a test drive and had the pleasure of working with Seth, I was straightforward and told him I was interested of taking the Tacoma home that day and he was very generous to inform me what documents I needed to bring prior to getting the truck, which also made the process/paperwork quicker than I thought! He also took the initiative to send me a credit application before my appointment to look at financing options but also ensured there was no pressure or obligation, this made the entire process comfortable and stress free! I also had a couple issues with some of my documents but Seth was very patient and helpful to make sure I had everything I needed and sure enough I left Texas Prime Auto with the truck of my dreams and a smile on my face!! Overall, superb communication and professionalism from Seth. Was very knowledgeable, has a positive attitude, a true man of his word. If they don’t have the car you’re looking for, Seth would be able to look one specifically for you too. Amazing service! Also, the pictures on their website look so much better in person I swear, you can tell they take good care of the cars and not selling you junk! Recommend 10/10!

  It was a pleasure working with Seth at Texas Prime Auto. I had not had any luck trying to buy a used vehicle from any large dealership with all of their dealer fees and dishonesty. Luckily I stumbled upon the Texas Prime Auto website and found the exact Toyota Tundra I was looking for at a good price for its condition with no added dealer fees or surprise add ons. I live over 4 hours away and Seth was able to work a deal with me over the phone and ship the truck for a great price. This was the first time I had purchased a vehicle without going to see it in person but it worked out great. I was confident I was going to get a great vehicle with the wonderful pictures and video that was provided on the website. Thank you for the excellent experience and I will be looking here again when it is time for me to buy my next vehicle.

  Seth was very helpful with the process and challenges of finding a car. He sold us a great truck that my son loves. It was in perfect shape, detailed and ready to be driven away as soon as I got there. I would for sure recommend him and have to 3 other families looking for a car or truck!
