  • Sorry I'm so late with my review. I just wanted to say how happy I am with my purchase of a 2021 Rubicon. I am from out of state and had visited the showroom when I was in town for vacation. Hunter was showing us around and I was in jeep heaven. This is my 1st Jeep and had lots of questions for Hunter. He was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. I told him I would be ready to purchase in a few months. Fast forward and I had called in to say I was ready to buy. I wanted a couple things changed and Hunter had no problem helping me with the changes. He set up all the papers and delivery things. It was all a very easy and painless process. I greatly appreciate Hunter's help. The whole process was very fast and I received my jeep a couple days early. Right on New Years eve my jeep showed up. What a way to start the year. Love my Jeep ✌️

  • Great people, great Jeep! Got my 392 Jeep Rubicon, it had wheels that were not my taste and I wanted a few different touches. They did all the ad-ons as to what I wanted and it turned out great! Also had a few small issues and they were handled in a timely manner with no questions asked. That's all i could ask for honestly... I read the reviews and was surprised to see a neg review.. I can only say you can't make everyone happy, but i will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.. I never felt pressured and paperwork was fast and easy.. I had a great experience and appreciate all they did for me.

  • I have been wanting a custom Jeep for years and am so glad I found Black Star Off road. With their help I was able to have the Jeep of my frena built out with all the mods I wanted. Cannot thank them enough for listening to all my wants and building the perfect Rig!
