  I was surprised by the “exceptional” service provided by Olaf over a FaceTime call. His prompt response to my inquiry regarding the $500+ quote from his employee. Furthermore, I discovered a hybrid purple mattress at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, rating this 2 stars due to significant quality issues with the mattress itself. Furthermore, I was unable to obtain a receipt, despite being assured it would be emailed to me. Never received it. When my husband brought the mattress home I removed the packaging to put on a mattress protector, and I immediately noticed a poking sensation while moving around on the mattress. Upon inspection, it became clear that the mattress had fiberglass particles all over it. Under the light, I could see shimmering, tiny strands of fiberglass on top and across the sides of the mattress. I was particularly disappointed because I explicitly asked Will if the mattress was brand new, and he stated that it was. However, the presence of this fiberglass, along with a slight cigarette odor in certain areas, made me question otherwise. Despite my desire for a good experience, I must express my dissatisfaction with this mattress due to the potential health and safety hazards associated with fiberglass. I sincerely hope that the company or its manufacturing partner addresses these quality control concerns in its inventory management practices. Now, I am compelled to explore alternative options for a new mattress, which is undoubtedly frustrating.

  Best place ever. We paid $700 for the same exact matress we were looking at online that was going for $2000. I'll never buy a mattress any where else. Regardless of your scheduled time try to call ahead of time to let them know your on your way. If you have to wait 15 min, just do it. Its worth it.

  Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience. The website says this place works by appointment only, which was fine with us. I booked an appointment a day in advance, and there were plenty of available time slots. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes early, but the door was locked. There was a note on the door saying the person was out for a local delivery. We sent a text to the number listed on the door to let them know we were there for our appointment. After waiting 10 minutes past our scheduled time, we called the number on the door and the number listed on Google Maps, but we didn’t receive any response. I thought maybe they were closed for Presidents’ Day, but the website said they were open, and somehow we — along with a couple of other people — were able to book appointments. We ended up buying a mattress from another store, but I wanted to leave this review so others are aware and prepared to change their plans if needed and go somewhere that respects customers’ time.
