  • I had an extremely unprofessional experience with the salesperson Jonathan at Elite Autos in Fresno. While the dealership was initially accommodating, things quickly fell apart. We intended to buy a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. After a test drive, we negotiated a fair price, and they worked with us. We were ready to buy, but only if Jonathan promised a remote key fob would be ready the next day, since the car only had a basic key, several cosmetic issues, and multiple prior owners. After he promised the key would be ready, he began printing the contract, even though the key guarantee wasn’t confirmed. He kept giving us the runaround with promises he couldn’t confirm, and the key fob was the only reason we were willing to buy. After we decided not to proceed, he told my girlfriend in person that we wasted his time, then sent me a rude text saying the same thing. I do have that message, but I’m not posting screenshots out of respect for privacy since his personal number is visible. While I was on the phone with her, he left the dealership in his white Lexus and revved his engine as he drove past her, clearly trying to intimidate her. I went back inside to speak with the manager and explained how rude and unprofessional Jonathan was. We never disrespected him—we simply chose not to buy. That does not justify harassment or intimidation. This was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

  • Great costumer service , if youre in the area and are interested in purchasing a car i recommend Elite Auto Sales. It was a fast service, very great service & most importantly the Sales Man Jonathan was super polite , patient and had amazing costumer service.
