Emmanuel, Hassan and his finance team, as well as John from Parts made the entire experience insanely smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable — none of the usual car-dealership nonsense or pressure tactics, just real professionalism, kindness, and respect.! Emmanuel was phenomenal from start to finish. He was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed and understood every step. He even personally connected me with John in Parts so I could purchase a NACS adapter.   Had the absolute best experience working with this dealership to acquire my Dodge Viper. I worked with John in sales on the deal. His customer service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Transparent and constant communication throughout the whole process with a customer first attitude. Would highly recommend working with John. The GM Ali, was the other member of the Lorenzo Nissan team that I worked with. Much to my surprise he was very fair and hands on with the deal, unlike most GMs that stay behind the scenes. Both John and Ali made this an amazing experience between their customer service, pleasant attitude and great personalities. I would absolutely do business again with them in the future.
