My son is 20 years old and he purchased his first car at Lorenzo Nissan Ft. Lauderdale, it was an amazing experience! Jean and Hassan worked relentlessly to make sure my son was happy with his purchase. He went in for a used car and left with a brand new 2026 Altima for the same monthly payment he budgeted for. Jean took the time to show my son several different cars both used and new and allowed him to test drive each one. Hassan educated my son on the financial process, and impact, every step of the way. He guided him through the requirements with ease and made sure my son understood all of the available options and what he was agreeing to. The purchase happened over a couple of days, due to circumstances beyond their control, and Hassan provided updates every day. When my son was nervous that it wouldn’t happen, Hassan was available to answer his questions and reassured my son that everything would work out. On delivery day, Jean greeted us on arrival. He had the car sparkling and ready to drive off the lot. Hassan had all the final paperwork printed and ready for signatures.
