I recently went in to Currie to begin my search for a new car. I’ve had bad experiences with car buying in the past but not this time. My husband and I were greeted by Jon out in the lot while we were looking. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely down to earth. I couldn’t make a decision in that moment so he gave us his card and followed up with us the next morning. The manager, Mario was great. He was able to get the car I wanted from a different dealer quickly and was so nice throughout the process. Juan in finance was also fantastic. We were also in and out quickly with the exact car I wanted. The whole process was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 for customer service.
Since I walked into the dealership, everyone was warm and friendly. I had the chance to work with Fernando from start to finish, and he really made the whole experience feel easy. He was very friendly, took the time to show me the car, and explained everything clearly. Every question I had, he answered without hesitation. What stood out the most was his professionalism and how down-to-earth he was. He made me feel comfortable right away—no pressure, no stress, which is something I usually don’t like about dealerships. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. It’s usually stressful and feels like you have to push just to get help, but not here. If you’re going to this dealership, ask for Fernando.
Bob from the service department sets the precedence of what customer service should be- and was long-ago. He reinstilled my faith in trustworthy business and with a slice of mom-and-pop service. Bob is the best communicating service advisor or automotive “professional” I’ve dealt with and I’ve been in the parts business during my younger years. You just don’t see this type of commitment and care towards a customer anymore. If Ford awarded anyone with a customer service award, I’d hope Bob gets it. He’s earned it. He does things right and advocates for what’s best for the customer. Most importantly he doesn’t rush you or your time talking. He’s a great people-person and just pleasure to speak with. Bob has won my business going forward. Couldn’t be happier with my experience regarding Bob. Very grateful for Bob- he retained this customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
