I had a great experience at MAS MOTORS ! Albert was my salesperson, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me all the vehicles I was interested in and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The dealership has a great selection of different types of vehicles, and their prices are excellent. I highly recommend MAS MOTORS to anyone looking for a quality used car and outstanding customer service!
Shady business!!! They sold me a CT200H about 2 weeks ago and all was good until a week into owning, the engine started rattling when it would kick on (it's a hybrid). Pulled the plugs and sure enough there's coolant in cylinder 1. I'm a toyota technician so I used my oem scan tool to see that the check engine light was cleared less than 50 miles before I bought meaning they knew there was an issue with the car. Whatever no big deal, did the head gasket myself and luckily parts were only $200. But for any regular person that's a $2000+ repair including labor. I also bought the extended warranty - which the salesman told me the hybrid battery was included in the warranty. Well after reading through the fine print of what's covered, it says no hybrid components are covered. You may be wondering why I didn't get the head gasket replaced under warranty, well I decided I want to cancel my warranty since hybrid isn't covered and all the head gasket cost me was a full day and $200. I've called multiple times to cancel (which the contract says can be canceled before the first month but I need to contact the dealer to do it) and each time I told a "manager" is going to call me and I still haven't heard anything from them. Don't buy any cars from this dealership unless you want a shiny turd.
