  Updated review (old review still posted untouched) Despite me dropping them by 2 stars and updating my review, Luis is still an amazing salesperson and if you call ask for him. New Review: Second time I had issues out of the cooling system. Took the car to my personal mechanic this time to have a new waterpump put in, the car checked for leaks, and an oil change. What I will say is that when we took the oil filter out the oil filter was in absolutely horrible condition. I mean it was sticky to the touch and black, black. I had my mechanic do 5 oil changes to flush everything out. I bought some spark plugs, and reinforced headgaskets for the car and plan to have them put on for me sometime next week. I will say that after the original joy of purchasing the car has warn off a bit. I have mixed feelings about the dealership. Everytime something goes wrong they just say bring it back to us. However, if this is how yall gave me the car, why would I trust your mechanics? To sum up, what I will say is that just as with any car dealership and any car, be careful with your purchase. I owe 40,000 dollars on this car and this car needs to be able to last me my money's worth. I have written documentation on the status of the car so if something goes wrong I will be covered at least. Old Review: I bought my Panamera on Sunday 6/7/26 and I am very satisfied with my purchase minus one issue I had that I have listed below. Which was immediately fixed. Albert is nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, personal, and most importantly gets the deal closed. I was helped personally by Luis but let me shout out Abbot and the rest of the team. I had to sit there almost all day Monday, a full work day for sure, and I talked to them all day long, even helped them to push an suv off of a trailer. The issue I had is that I had originally left something under my seat on the car I traded in. On the way back to the car lot to pick it up the panamera started overheating. I ended up pulling over quite a few times on the way back but when I got there, I explained what was going on They took it instantly and fixed it same day, plus did a tune up, plus gave me a full detail. I can not express how much I enjoy the vibe of this business, they are all a big family and it is a family owned business. I see some of these reviews on here and I just wanted to say some people had a very different experience and impression than I did. Personally I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Albert, if you see this, remember we are family now, lol 😆 Thank you all for my wonderful experience at All in Auto Group. I would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE looking to buy a car.   If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 10 years, buying multiple used cars from the owner, Richard, and his brother. Unfortunately, as they have grown, their customer service and ethics have gone completely down the drain. I recently bought a used 2017 Golf GTI here as a gift for my son. Because of my long history with the dealership, I trusted them completely. During document preparation with the finance manager, Michel Crew, I explicitly stated that I did not want any additional fees or add-ons. Despite this, Michel slipped a PAC contract (Anti-Theft Protection Warranty) into my paperwork, sneaking an extra $1,794 onto the final cost. Furthermore, I arrived with a pre-approval from Capital One Auto, but Michel convinced me to switch to Westlake Financial by promising a lower rate. He then rushed me through the signing process, pointing to signature lines without explaining what I was signing and hiding the fraudulent PAC contract in the stack. When I purchased the vehicle, I had to leave it for a week so they could detail it and fix the hood retainer. The paperwork was folded up, placed in an envelope, and stashed directly into the glove compartment. It wasn't until I got the car home and finally read the contract that I discovered the $1,794 charge. When I discovered the fraud, I immediately tried calling. For weeks, I have been given the runaround by salespeople claiming Michel will call me back. He has completely ghosted me. On top of that, the hood retainer was never even fixed—they claimed they "had to order it" and never followed up. Steer clear of this place. Their management relies on deceptive lending practices and takes advantage of loyal customers. I am officially launching formal complaints with both the lender and the DMV regarding this fraudulent contract.

  I came here to buy a Tesla, because for some reason, ALL THE TESLAS, are in Norco. I know how 3rd party car Dealership works since I've never once owned a new car. 😂 The service needs more interactions between client and workers if I'm being honest. Then again, I don't like people and I just came to buy a car. 🙂 I picked out a Tesla, Chris took a minute to find the key. I test drove said car, I put some munnies down so they'd hold the car for a week, Christian was assigned to me, I came back, I sign lots of papers, I drive home with "new" car. I am someone with horrible credit, they said, they work with all types of credit.✅ Mike told me the total amount, no hidden fees, no unncessary bullshit. Came out to $17K~ We shook hands. Done.🥂 *Definitely bring a mechanic to inspect the car you are buying though. *Expect to wait, so while you wait, have the necessary insurance documents because they don't sell insurance here. ((YOU CANNOT DRIVE YOUR BOUGHT CAR OUT OF THE LOT WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE.))😱 *I like this place cause they sell quite a handful of standard tranmission cars like 350z, Miatas, SubUwUs. 👀😂 Overall: MY experience wasn't bad and it wasn't perfect but the goal was to buy the tesla with DOG SHIT credit. Review will be updated after it is paid off to see how much I actually spent on the contract. 🫠🫠🫠
