  • The purchasing process was fairly easy and the lady that assisted us is really sweet and kind. However the manager does have a sour attitude especially if he feels like you were in the wrong. I felt he was very unorganized and unprofessional and not such a pleasant man. This is the main reason I’m making this review. After today’s service back to the dealership to get spare key for the vehicle purchase. Here’s to my book report: We purchased in full a BMW that was on their lot for about a month in sept 2025 also gave a 09 BMW for trade in. We were shopping about I would say we were a bit skeptical since we made a bad vehicle purchase from another vendor prior. The manager informed us they service all their vehicles and make sure they put out reliable cars. While looking about we found one BMW giving off a EDC warning message and another BMW showed a light bulb error message.We did inform manager of both vehicles that showed errors in which he seemed annoyed. We ended up purchasing the third BMW we viewed. Then 8 days after our purchase the starter went out. We did not give a fuss we just made the repair which cost us an additional $1,995. It took two months for us to receive our title. We were told originally it would take a week but a week past and then we were told another week then another until a month pass and we started to push the issue. Then the manager said it was because they sold us the vehicle without having the physical title. The previous owner still had it and they were trying to get it. The only offer we were given was for the manager to register our vehicle and send title and we pay them for doing so. Since they had to go into their DMV account and transfer it over. In which I disagree to due to the inconvenience. It took 30 mins or more for us to come to an agreement. Which was the manager paying for the registration and title on our behalf. Overall selling a vehicle without having a proper title is illegal. Also not checking these vehicles and selling them is misleading. The fact we looked at 3 BMW on that lot ours included and they all needed to have work done on them that wasn’t simple or cheap jobs. I do appreciate the manager for finally resolving our issue but I just felt the debate was unnecessary and he should’ve been more understanding and offer better solutions in the beginning. Especially if the customer really didn’t cause much of a fuss and the concerns were valid and due to an error of the dealership. Thank you for your business hopefully this post gives feedback where it can be applied and improve your business.
