  • Noticed on their website they had a model I really wanted, and in the perfect spec/trim. I had some back and fourth texting with Sebastian about the car and he was very helpful with sending extra photos i wanted. I was a bit stressed and worried at first since most my experiences at dealers have been pretty pushy and scripted but this place is totally different. The car salesman i was working with, ziv, made me feel very welcomed and was not pushy about anything. He was very friendly and helpful and didnt give that car salesman dialog you normally hear at dealerships. I ended up going through with the purchase (2013 bmw x5 35d) and I couldn't be happier with it, super nice and comfortable ride. After filling out all the paperwork I went off to uhaul to grab a trailer to take the car home and when I got back to the dealership they pulled the car behind the trailer and all of them Including the owner (super down to earth and genuine guy) helped me load the car up and get it fastened down. Honestly a 10/10 experience that I'll always remember. If you do end up coming by C&K Auto to check out a car, ask to work with ziv.
