  • I had the pleasure of meeting Mark after corresponding with me for about a week while I obtain my auto loan through our credit union. I was very concerned about purchasing my car online for the first time. We found our car on CarGurus. However, both Mark & Brian were great & made it very comfortable by explaining & answering all questions. I was shopping for another Toyota Avalon since the last one I purchased was in 1999. After searching for about 2 months, my husband found my perfect car. After I secured the car with a deposit to hold for few days.
