  I have been buying cars from automax since 2022. The owner Chris is very understanding and hardworking.My salesman Patrick and the manager Marvin and the accountant Karina has been excellent with making sure I’m satisfied with my purchases. I got my son a car from Automax today and I’m grateful for everything. Thank you so much team Automax❤️

  Started to finance a car here on January 12th extremely happy that I was able to leave with a vehicle same day no credit check and was told the car was good to go. January 16th the cars battery went out while I was driving. I had to re crank the car in the middle of the street to start. And to my surprise, actually cranked up. Immediately I let my sales man know his name is Detroit ken and he tells me to tow the car to the car lot so that they can inspect and repair it. Despite me just driving it off the lot and being told that it was good to go.i said they should tow it they asked me to tow it…. They end up agreeing but the car was driven away at that time their tow came so they left and I end up paying for the tow TODAY. I asked the manger Chris for a refund and refused to get the car repaired, the manager Chris he refused . Called me un trust worthy , didn’t offer any sort of compensation . Didn’t care if I was unsatisfied with the service. Their slogan is we don’t like our customers we love our customers but they love our money. They don’t care if the car breaks down once you pull off as long as they have your money. Please beware. And most of their customers are poc and minorities. It’s a disgusting and very likely a scam business. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service if I could rate it 0 stars. I would. The manager told me that the battery issues started once the car got into my hands. Mind you it was only Monday January 12th 2026 today is Saturday January 17. 2026 That was definitely a pre existing issue . And I’m a young woman driving with my nieces and nephews in my car most times it’s extremely unsafe to sale a car that breaks down almost immediately after being sold and telling the customer that the issue must have just occurred and the cars only pre existing issues were with the bumper, side view mirror and the seats . But maybe if I was a scamming sales man who smokes cigars on the clock I would see it that way. But no in a 23 year old young woman who’s had to work for every dollar she has ever gotten and has no support other than my own . So for them not to even try to replace the car, (NOT REPAIR, fix it on y’all own time not when it’s being financed ) or give me any sort of refund whether it was partial or full. Shows that this business truly doesn’t care. 👎🏿👎🏿

  Amazing service........I went in for an oil change... Amazing service... I was offered ... .....breakfast by salesman ken,while I waited who also was my salesman two years ago when I brought my 2015 BMW 528i. No problems whatsoever... During the duration if I couldn't make payment on time . They always gave me time and never I mean never repossessed my car.... I see a lot of negative reviews and I beg to disagree. Chris is amazing!!!!Service was fast and I'm back home and had a 7am appt. ..Trust I'm a tru customer and I never leave a review,but I just had to when I see all the negatively.People don't believe everything you hear.Cause they not telling you the whole truth... Two years strong and I plan to continue to be a customer.. 💯
