  • Do NOT trust Platinum AutoSales. I purchased a vehicle from them four months ago for over $17,000 and it has been a complete nightmare. I have definitive proof and evidence demonstrating I was sold a complete lemon that was unfit to drive from day one. Within the first week of driving the car, it completely broke down, leaving me stuck on the side of the roads—they essentially sold me a vehicle that left me for dead. After reaching out, they supposedly "fixed" the issue, but the problems persisted. Over the following weeks, I brought the car to their shop once and they came to my house a second time for repairs. Both attempts failed. It has now been over a month—since September—that I have been completely unable to drive the car. I have owned this vehicle for just four months and the majority of that time it has been unusable, while I am left without transportation and without my hard-earned money. When I initially reached out regarding the severe mechanical issues, their representative acted like they had done all they could, which is clearly untrue given the car’s current state. Even worse, they told me that nothing was wrong with the car at all. I want to be absolutely clear: I had two witnesses with me who can attest to them denying any issues with the vehicle, despite the obvious mechanical failures. Platinum AutoSales’ response to this crisis has been negligent and dismissive. They knowingly sold a faulty, dangerous vehicle and are now washing their hands of the problem. Potential buyers should look elsewhere if they expect a reliable product or basic customer service. I demanded a full and fair resolution for selling me this lemon LEGAL ACTIONS STILL WILL BE HAD.

  • Joe was absolutely Amazing to work with!!! He was very laid back and wonderfully patient. Platinum, Auto does not offer financing so it took about seven days from the time I test drove the vehicle (2012 4runner) to the time I was able to handover the check for purchasing. Joe was very patient and understanding through out the process and was always willing to communicate. Once I had the check and was ready to come down, Joe had all the paperwork and temporary tag installed. My wife and I spent a total of maybe five minutes signing paperwork before driving of the lot with our new reliable vehicle. I couldn't recommend Platinum Auto sales enough. I was worried about purchasing from a small lot as I have been screwed in the past, I had a bad experience at Toyota of Olympia that Saturday and took the chance on Platinum Auto Sales and I sure am glad I did. Thank you Joe!!!
