  I sold a few phones at The Phone Guys in Federal Way, and the last time I did, I had a serious issue. They told me they didn’t have enough cash on hand and would send the payment through Zelle within 24 hours. I waited the full 24 hours, but they never sent the payment. It took several phone calls before anyone even answered, and when they finally did, they said someone would get back to me, which took hours more. After waiting over a day and repeatedly trying to reach them, I finally received the payment through Zelle about a day and a half later. Not only did they fail to pay me on time, but they also ignored my calls throughout the process. I truly felt neglected as a customer, and since I had already sold them my phone, it felt like they were trying to rip me off. While some of the staff are friendly, the people behind the counter clearly lack efficiency, communication skills, professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for their customers. I wish I could say it was just an isolated issue, but even before and after this incident, they consistently failed to answer their phones. If I were any other customer, I would definitely choose a different location. Absolutely unprofessional.

  I worked with Harmony for an online order. I was having difficulty finishing the purchase online. I initially thought to myself, well I guess I dont need the phone. Within a few hours Harmony reached out to me. She was so great. She explained every thing perfectly and definitely did not push anything extra. Which is always great. I hate being pushed into something I dont want or need. She did everything to make sure I got the best deal and phone. It was a pleasure working with Harmony and I will definitely be asking for her for any future purchases.

  I had a iPhone 13 with a new screen. Prior to the screen repair, I had dropped the phone a few times causing minor damage on the back case. The phone was 100% workable, unlocked phone, and I had proof of purchase if necessary. I was offered $40. Don’t waste your time going to these guys unless you like being insulted face-to-face!
