  Paid $380 for a phone then had to pay $400 to repair it less than 2 weeks later because they REFUSED to honor their warranty. I’ve purchased 6-8 phones from these guys when Maria worked there. She was great. Ever since she left, the people are rude, they LAUGH in your face, and claim customer is lying to get out of honoring the warranty. I buy phones often for other people. I will NEVER buy another one there and tell everyone I know to stay away from them. They are rude and don’t care about customers at all.

  ​Do not buy high-ticket electronics from this store unless you want to get completely scammed when a hardware defect manifests. ​I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 from their Federal Way location for $627.56. Less than 20 days later, under normal use, the internal screen suffered a catastrophic mechanical hardware failure—a massive black line and internal ink leakage right down the folding crease. The phone has never been dropped, exposed to water, or abused. The exterior chassis, frame, and outer glass are in absolutely pristine, flawless condition. Even the intake staff at the store verbally acknowledged that the phone’s exterior was in perfect condition with zero signs of a drop. ​ Despite selling me an inherently defective device that failed in under three weeks, they denied my warranty claim (Invoice #TEC6759). Their technician written conclusion was that the cause was "most likely because of physical impact". They are literally using pure guesswork ("most likely") to blame the customer and evade Washington State's Implied Warranty of Merchantability laws (RCW 62A.2-314). They hid behind a generic 14-day store return policy to justify pocketing my money for a defective product. ​I have already initiated a formal chargeback dispute with my bank for defective merchandise and am filing a consumer protection complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's Office. ​ The Phone Guys / Tran Group LLC will not stand behind the products they sell. Save your money and go to a reputable, authorized retailer who won't fabricate "customer damage" to avoid accountability when their electronics self-destruct. Avoid this place at all costs

The customer service is top tier they really go out of their way to make sure you’re helped and satisfied. Whether it’s repairs or getting a good deal, they’re always honest, fast, and super helpful.
