  Paid $380 for a phone then had to pay $400 to repair it less than 2 weeks later because they REFUSED to honor their warranty. I’ve purchased 6-8 phones from these guys when Maria worked there. She was great. Ever since she left, the people are rude, they LAUGH in your face, and claim customer is lying to get out of honoring the warranty. I buy phones often for other people. I will NEVER buy another one there and tell everyone I know to stay away from them. They are rude and don’t care about customers at all.

  I’ve been a returning customer at The Phone Guys in Federal Way and every time I come in, they always take care of me. The customer service is top tier they really go out of their way to make sure you’re helped and satisfied. Whether it’s repairs or getting a good deal, they’re always honest, fast, and super helpful. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys consistently deliver. That’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service and great prices!

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! Horrible experience, Horrible customer service. They sold me a bad phone that got locked by the carrier for non payment. They would not make it right. Leaving a review on all there stores because I have to assume they are all owned by one or a few individuals but all the same company. Scammers!!! Would be a different story if they tried to make it right but they did not. Only saying "no, we can not help. No we can not buy your phone back. No we can not get you a good deal on a new purchase." Do not do business with them.
