  Felt compelled to give this place a 5 star rave review after the flawless experience we just had with them. My husband found Corona Deals Furniture on Offer Up of all places. I was sure it was a scam.. But he was on a hunt to upgrade our couch to a new leather sofa so he persisted and they called him right back. Makda in the office sent us real time photos of the couch we were interested in. It was such a good deal - we decided to take a chance and pull the trigger after they agreed to deliver to the west San Fernando Valley (for a reasonable fee) the very next day! Makda was super clear and efficient at communicating everything over the phone. They only asked for $100 deposit, which we felt comfortable with and was more than fair considering the distance they were delivering the next day. The next morning Anthony our driver showed up early, a little before our delivery window and gave a heads up letting us know. He was professional and courteous and took great care of our new leather sofa moving it. We paid the balance once he was done helping us unwrap and set up, he even helped us move our old sofa out. He was wonderful. I don't understand anything less than a five star review for this place. We got a $6k leather sofa, brand new, for a third of the price you would pay at the high end department stores. I will be telling all my friends about them and plan to call them again when it's time to upgrade my mattress. Thank you Corona Deals, you've got some more happy customers!!

  Buyer beware! I purchased a leather sectional with recliners and was told that the sectional would be inspected and cleaned before it was delivered. The day it was delivered we checked the recliners while the one delivery guy was still present, and found that there were peanut shells and other snacks in the seats. One of the recliners was also not functioning and there were numerous defects that the delivery person had called in. The sectional was filthy and obviously used and returned. There was no cleaning or inspection done. I called and emailed and the sales girl assured me that they could send out a technician to fix the recliner and that she would watch out for another recliner to replace the broken one. It has been 4 months now, I have messaged and texted them with no response. The last time they actually returned my call or messaged me back was 3 1/2 months ago. If you buy any furniture from this business, just beware that they will not back up any of their promises. Their showroom is one of the worst I have ever seen, they say they are a liquidator for Macy's , don't be surprised if someone had used the furniture , ate and drank on it before they sell it to you. What a horrible way to treat a customer and to run a business. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.

  My first time buying in this place. What a terrible customer service and scammers. To begin with, this place did not deliver my order on time. I wasted my time waiting for them. Finally, after 3 days I received my order incomplete with 2 damaged chairs. Moreover, It has already been 3 weeks waiting for the promised missing parts and the replacement for two of the chairs that came damaged. I feel this company scammed my family. I trusted them and they failed me. Not only Corona deals furniture has lied to me, but this business also has ruined the frame of my entrance door when delivering my sofa. Since my house is brand new, they should have been more careful. I will be waiting for them to repair my private property and the delivery of the rest of my dining table set.
