  • We had a fantastic experience with All Wheel Drive Motors! We purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback Touring from out of state, and Corey and Maurice took amazing care of us from start to finish. Buying a vehicle without seeing it in person can feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and straightforward. They were responsive, answered all of our questions, and provided detailed photos and videos so we felt confident in our decision. They also handled the shipping coordination and kept us updated along the way. Our Outback arrived exactly as described, and we couldn’t be happier. Corey and Maurice truly made this an easy, stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

  • I’ve had nothing but issues with all forms of management at this dealership as well as horrible issues with the car itself. Maurice is the only person on staff I can genuinely say I had a good experience from. I’ve given it time and tried to give them benefit of the doubt to resolve the situations they put me in. From the jump my check engine light came on merely days after getting the car. They said they would fix it free of charge which was wonderful except the issue (oil gaskets) didn’t get resolved until the second time I brought it in because the first time, they cleared the code on the internal computer and sent me on my way. The next day the gaskets caused the engine light to turn on again which made them actually replace them, but then they sent me on my way with no oil in my car. The car drove okay for about 3 weeks after replacing the gaskets until I was trying to go to the store and the entire dashboard lit up and my car wouldn’t shift gears. A month after buying the car, the transmission completely failed. I had to search through reviews to find the general managers number because after multiple calls he still wouldn’t call me back. Finally after getting through to him, Gonzalo and Seamus agreed to take my car in and offer a loaner car. This was very kind considering it failed before thanksgiving and I still had to go to work to pay to replace my transmission. Still I had to dish out $2k for a pre-used transmission, and didn’t get my car back until two days before Christmas. Not even a week later, the entire dashboard lit up again indicating something with my transmission was wrong. I reached out to the garage manager and her told me to get the code read and when I went to send it two days later, he had fully blocked my number. They also have failed to submit my title to the dmv when my temp plates expired before thanksgiving and still have yet to submit anything as of MIDDLE OF JANUARY. I’m driving around illegally in a car that could break down at any second cause of a company that obviously doesn’t do inspections of the cars they are selling. BE weary, be careful, and don’t waste your money here. I will no longer give them any business and As soon as it’s fixed I’m selling this car because I’ve spent money that I do not have to fix things that should not have been issues from the beginning.
