  • Scammers! I had a very disappointing experience with Jean Budlet and Keys Motors in West Palm Beach. I called ahead about a specific car and was assured it was available, which is the only reason I drove over 2 hours to see it. When I arrived, I was told the car had suddenly been sold. That was already frustrating, but what made things worse was the inconsistent explanations that followed. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned leaving a review, I was then told the car was actually “in the shop.” So which is it, sold or in the shop? This kind of contradictory information makes the whole situation feel misleading and unprofessional.
