We are 20 plus year veterans of the pre-owned auto business. We take great pride that the majority of our clients are either repeat customers or referrals from previous happy customers. For us, that is a testimonial of taking the best care of our customers, treating them fairly and always with integrity. We started, In the year 2000, as wholesale dealers to major fleets. In 2005, we were the first dealer to only specialize in hybrid vehicles exclusively. We are now expanding our specialty towards electric vehicles as we strongly believe this is the future of automotive power. We spend hours searching the entire nation for clean, low model electric and hybrid cars so you don’t have to. We have access to many avenues of inventory that other dealers may not. However, we also realize that during these times people are very budget conscious, so we also will stock a variety of hybrid cars for those hard-working ride share and delivery drivers that need a good, reliable car that will help them earn their living. We also can help with very fair financing through many reputable lenders. All that we ask is that you allow us the opportunity to work with you. We want to share with you our knowledge and expertise to find the right car for you at the best deal possible. THAT IS OUR GOAL.

  • I want to let everyone knows, even is someone personal text you and contact you that the shop would open please come in today, it might not be open. I got a very friendly quick response from Sergio about the car I was looking for. He was very helpful. I confirmed with him I will be there today. He told me come in anytime we open till 6 pm. I went there around 2:30 pm and no one is here. The door was locked !!! I called them 4 times and it keep saying that this phone number can’t answer my phone. Wow ! I thought I got the wrong address or door. But it is the right place. I drove here from San Carlos with traffic during the holiday season. It is not nice and very unprofessional to tell me to come over and the shop even not open ! Sergio even is not here today himself ! What the heck ! I’m so glad I’m not desperate to get a car now. Maybe you said on Google it showed closed. But if someone personally contacted you few times told you he would be there to help you, that’s different. If Sergio didn’t contact me, I would definitely call to make an appointment before I get here. Now I decide I will not let this ridiculous matter destroy my happiness during this special holiday season. You can fool me once but that’s it !!! Good luck to you and have a nice life !!!

  • Wow! Crown Vic Auto Sales gets 👍👍 two thumbs up! On my way there through rush hour traffic, Kian the owner waited for me despite being 40 minutes late after closing hours. He was courteous, answered all my questions and pointed out imperfections other salesmen usually wouldn’t do. The logo on his card literally took the words right out of my mouth “HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY”. My visits with the big dealerships was tediously time consuming which involved haggling back and forth for lo excuse prices when in the end the price remained the same anyway. In conclusion, I am now a happy customer worry free with a three year warranty and some money left in my pocket. Thank you Kian-Crown Vic Auto Sales! 😄😄😄😄😄

  • When buying a preowned car, it can be hard to know who to trust, especially as a female with zero knowledge about cars! But I mean it when I say that this dealership has been a blessing!! They guided me every step of the way and even when I ran into issues with the car I purchased, Kian was there for me for everything. I never once felt abandoned or regretted my purchase!
