Great experience working with Andrew Chung. We knew what car we wanted and he helped make it happen as quickly and painlessly as possible. Good communication, professional, and friendly, he kept us apprised of the timing and availability of the car, the delivery payment and pick-up process. He helped us maximize our trade in and then followed up with tracking down the stuff we accidentally left behind! Appreciated the extra effort. I'm a regular Toyota leaser since I've been able to drive a car and the Toyota of Portland has always exceeded my expectations. I have always gotten a good deal with whomever I have worked with. I just leased my 4th car from Toyota of Portland and I had the pleasure of working with KR and his supervisor Errol Atter. KR was respectful, honest and got me a better deal than I negotiated for. They are the opposite of what you usually read about car sales people, they are wonderful and trust worthy. They are very transparent with the fees and expenses. I have never been surprised by a fee or charge when my lease is up. KR worked with me beyond his responsibility to make the transition and paperwork easy. I went in to see my options and came home with a brand new car. He even offered to help me move my stuff from the old car to the new one. The experience was actually fun and I honestly enjoyed my conversations with him and Errol. I know I will be going back and if you are looking to lease or buy look no further. They are awesome!
We recently purchased a new Sienna from Toyota of Portland and had a fantastic experience working with Chung. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, and everything was explained clearly. What truly stood out was that Chung personally drove the vehicle all the way to our home for delivery (we bought it out of state). That level of service went above and beyond, and we genuinely appreciated the extra effort. It was great meeting him in person, and he made the entire purchase smooth and stress-free.
