About us

Riders Choice was founded in 1985 by Tony Pulliam. Tony worked as a mechanic at Lancaster Yamaha then took his experience and opened up his own shop. Soon after opening, his wife Bonny quit her job to help with the parts and accessories side of things. Tony built a great service shop and Bonny built the best parts and accessories store in the valley. Over the next 30 years they became the leading Motorcycle store in the Antelope Valley. Today, Tony and Bonny are still working weekly sharing their knowledge with the current staff to keep Riders Choice the Antelope Valleys go to shop.

  • We bought a used 2023 kx 450 from them. When we were talking to the owner he said he goes though the bikes and makes sure they are good before selling them. They said they stand behind every bike they sell. Once we had bought the bike and was loading into the truck I noticed that the chain had came off at some point with the previous owner and cracked the case. They then put pudy on the case to cover the hole/Crack! That is not right. I talked to the owner and he said all he does is change the oil but when we were buying the bike he says he goes though them. If you are going to buy from them make sure you do a good look over the bike because they are probably lying. The owner then didn't want to make things right when confronted.

  • Tony and and the rest of the staff were great! Very nice people willing to go the extra mile. Came in for a flat , they plugged it up no problem although it was on a tubeless mountain bike tire. Glad I was lucky enough to run into some good people in my time of need. They will be getting my business for my atv needs.

  • The employees seem solid but the owner/manager is a total boomer. She treated me like a crook when I inquired about a part, seriously lacking any common sense. If you’d rather hold onto your junk parts go right ahead. In response to the owner’s comment: you claim: “I reduced the price for you on Ebay” That is a half truth, aka a big fat LIE. You changed the terms of the listing so that I would not be able to buy it, by going out of your way refusing to ship it. Proof attached. Otherwise, I would have HAPPILY bought it, through eBay or not. You’re allowed to sell items via multiple avenues, unless you choose not to. If I had walked into the shop, would you have told me “you have to buy it through eBay”? If so, then that’s another lie and a hilarious one at that. So therefore, YOU are the reason we did not do business. And boy am I glad, ordered a different one within the hour. What a headache, so much for wanting to speak to an actual person! It’s really funny that you’ve held onto this part through two moves, may as well keep it forever at this point. Update me when it sells LOL! Clearly I’m not an outlier since there’s no shortage of 1 star reviews here. I’m sure you totally deserve each and every one of them, I should’ve checked here to begin with. My experience with you was unnecessarily rude. Simple politeness goes a long way, but instead you chose insinuations and false statements. Shame
