Their prices are very reasonable, Tommy in finance got me a great approval he’s a very caring and honest person that answered every question I wanted to know customer service is superb even after the deal is done.   **PLEASE READ** I highly recommend Cars Auto Mall (Riverview, FL) for their excellent prices, low down payments, and smooth transactions, all supported by a fantastic team. I recently moved from NC to FL after losing everything, and it took me quite a while to save up enough for a down payment. My credit wasn’t in the best shape, so I knew getting financed would be a challenge. I called several dealerships, and every single one told me the same thing: I’d have to wait because the interest rates would be too high, my payments would be unaffordable, and I’d need a larger down payment than I could afford. But then, on my last attempt, I called Cars Auto Mall and spoke with Paulina. She was so kind and understanding about my situation. We talked for a while, and she assured me she’d see what she could do. I told her about my previous experiences with other dealerships, and honestly, I didn’t think they’d be able to help either. A short while later, Paulina reached out with good news and while the interest rate would still be higher than I’d hoped, it was far more reasonable than the others, and the down payment was within my budget. I went to the dealership, picked out a 2017 Hyundai Tucson that had just arrived the day before, and took it for a test drive. I loved it, there were other cars I considered, but this one just felt it was the right one for me. I decided to move forward with the deal, and just a few hours later, I drove away in my new car, complete with a 30-day warranty. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Paulina (Sales) and Tommy (Finance Manager), without their help and teamwork, I’d probably still be without a vehicle today. Thanks to them, I’m now on my way to rebuilding my credit, and it feels great. Trust me, you will not regret using them for one of the best dealerships around.
