  I genuinely do not understand how this dealership has positive reviews. We purchased a 2017 Range Rover on February 20th for $13,000 cash. Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on and my driveway was covered in oil. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told the manager wasn’t in but would call back later. That call never came. By Monday, the engine bay was smoking. I called again and was told they might be able to look at it when they service the airbag light later that week. In the meantime, we took the vehicle to Range Rover directly. They found multiple serious issues, including intake leaks, transmission pan leaks, and recommended replacing the crankcase. Despite being told we would receive a follow-up call, no one from the dealership has reached out. On top of that, our experience with the salesman, Alex, was extremely disappointing. He was either completely uninformed about the vehicle or pretending to be. He frequently interrupted us, seemed dismissive, and provided no meaningful assistance when problems arose. Spending $13,000 cash on a vehicle that immediately has major mechanical issues is unacceptable. We expected honesty, communication, and basic accountability — none of which we received.
