  • I don’t often leave reviews, and I’ve never left a negative one before, but I feel obligated to warn other car buyers about our experience. The staff we interacted with were generally friendly, but the office itself is extremely poorly managed. We asked to test drive a specific vehicle and were shown a completely different one — same model, but a different year, mileage, trim, and vehicle history. We were not made aware of this at the time. We then waited over two hours with our small children to complete paperwork, during which multiple errors had to be corrected. At one point things were delayed even further because our key was given to the wrong person, who then left. We trusted that the vehicle we were shown was the one on the paperwork but it was in fact for a car we had never actually seen. When we got home, we realized the vehicle we drove away in was not the car we had purchased and did not legally belong to us. When we contacted the dealership, there was little sense of urgency or accountability. We had to push to get any kind of resolution, which ultimately amounted to very little. The focus seemed to be on quietly swapping the vehicles and moving on. We were even told by staff that this was not the first time this had happened — which was extremely concerning. Afterward, communication became even more difficult. We repeatedly called and emailed regarding our second key, plates, and warranty, and no one seemed to know what was going on. We eventually learned we needed to come back in person, only to be met with confusion again — even after having spoken with them the day before. We were given unclear or inconsistent information and had to continuously follow up just to get basic answers. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. We gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make things right, but the lack of organization, communication, and accountability made this far more stressful than it ever should have been including having to take multiple days of PTO to get things fixed. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this dealership. I sincerely hope others do not go through the same headache, but feel it’s important to caution buyers about the serious mistakes that occurred here.

  • I bought a 2014 Audi from Alex and I had a horrific experience, a few days after the purchase a low oil light came on they referred me to there partnering mechanics who only filled it up never fixed the problem, they continuously gave me the run around and had me drop the vehicle off with no one there and returned it to me and had me sign a document saying it was fixed but I have no idea if they did anything at all and the check engine light came on right after, zero accountability from Alex and I communicated with him from day one, was completely understanding and tried working with him. It was never disclosed prior to the sale that there where issues with the vehicle, overall they lied, do not purchase here they will scam you!
