  I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I was in a real scrape I had to get out from underneath a rental that I was using to continue with Uber after my car got wrecked. Luis and will work their butts off to put me into what turned out to be a beautiful car that I am more than satisfied with. What a great team they have there. They prepared my car. I noticed without anyone pointing it out that they changed the oil and checked all the fluids. They washed the car beautifully and had it ready for me just as I was done signing and I drove away. Very very happy customer. Much love to Luis. That guy is the most incredible multitasker I've ever met. Dude was on the phone while he made it 26-point turn to get the car out where I could take it for a test drive. I had troubles with my financing with my life that I'm a moron and whatever Luis made it all happen. He felt like an advocate and made sure that I got the coolest car I could possibly get for what I could afford and I can't believe that I'm driving this 2023 Nissan kicks. It's amazing. Thank you so much Luis. I appreciate you and I will recommend you to every person I meet that wants to buy a car.

  I recently found myself in sudden need of a car. I found my dream car through their website at a really good price. I was in a difficult situation between jobs which made it difficult for me to be approved for a loan but Luiz was very tenacious and was able to get me approved for a loan at a good rate. There were a few minor things wrong with the car that they were able to fix for me. Only taking off a star because after getting the car I quickly discovered it had 2 bad wheel bearings which made it unsafe for highway use. It was within the warranty period so I called them and they told me they would get to me to have it fixed…. there ended up being a lot of miscommunication and lack of transparency about what they were doing with my car and what they weren’t. It definitely took me several phone calls and many trips over there for them to finally agree that my wheel bearing was bad and replace it. If your car has a serious issue that needs fixing- be prepared to fight for it. I won’t go into full detail over the ordeal but I will say this. In the end they DID fix the issue and I walked out with a great car that worked the way it’s supposed to for a great price.

  My husband agreed to $1000 down. At sighing Luis stated he told the bank my husband can put down $1500 without consultation. We were sold a LEMON. Within a couple days of purchase, the vehicle stalled while on the freeway. Had to pay for the tow. Lights turned on: Tire, Check Engine, brakes at minimum thickness, oil at minimum and restraint/airbag malfunction. When we advised Luis, he stated they can "reset" the sensors and find a cheap tow company and he'll reach back out. Never got the call. While requesting a solution, Luis was hard to get ahold of. Mike handed the phone over to Luis when he was advised of issues. Luis advised my husband, he'll have to deal with the bank. The bank stated we should have never been sold the car and it needs to be resolved by the dealership. Luis was advised and made the suggestion to not pay the car and let the bank take the car. END RESULT: NO REFUND NO SOLUTION WHATSOEVER! ******DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. EVERYONES NEEDS A SAFE RELIABLE VEHICLE.
