  I have to say we were very nervous about buying a car from out of state but this car dealership reassured and helped us every step of the way. Johnny was seriously the nicest car dealer I’ve ever dealt with (and I have bought a lot of cars over the years). He was honest, responsive, friendly and patient. Even when someone offered more money for my sons van he didn’t take the offer. My teenage son has been saving up for this van for years and Johnny helped him realize his dream.   I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I'm from out of state (Washington) and needed a car shipped to me, that I had my eye on for a while. A beautiful red 2012 BMW M3. I had been looking for a long time because it's very rare to find that model in that color. I finally found my unicorn after months of searching, and it happened to be at this dealership in Baldwin Park, CA. I spoke to Johnny, one of the salesmen there, and he guided me and my husband through the process of purchasing it and shipping it out of state. Every step of the way, Johnny was very transparent, honest, and sent us pictures and video of the car and answered all the questions we had kindly and patiently. Honestly, it was easier buying this car out of state than it would have been going to a local dealership. From start to finish, the process was wonderful and I am happy to say I finally got my beautiful beemer, shipped to me exactly one day before my birthday. What a great birthday present!   Johnny and The Car Connect Auto Group are very reputable and transparent folks who I am happy to say I came across. Many times when considering used car dealers there is a fair amount of hesitation and lack of trust but Johnny was honest, forthright, and, when it was clear the higher mileage Lexus might be in line for a timing belt change in the coming months, Johnny worked with me on the price to care for that possibility. Since I am a big supporter of the Lexus GX 470 line, I was in the market and searching actively for exactly what Johnny had. The whole process was fast and convenient and the car was impeccably prepped and ready to go. Again, the whole concept of a pushy used car salesman can make some people fearful but I have come to learn that there are some out there like Johnny who will be honest, open, and treat you like family. In the end that is the right thing to do and it's why I believe the Car Connect Group will continue to do good business and flourish. Word will get around. The bottom line, they treat people right.
