  • I bought a 2010 4 runner from this place this past saturday. I was told there was no frame damage at all. When i was driving it home it atarted shaking really bad so i brought to a family members mechanice shop. Picasso imports had coated the frame over the rust to hide all the damage. It has so much rust that caused frame damage that it is undrivable. When i contacted them to inform then and requested it to be fixed or replaced they said it would be 3 month befor they could get it in the shop. Then i was told that they are unwilling to help me at all and told me to get an attorney. The finance ladys name is lilly. She is very rude and unprofessional. I DONT recomend picasso imports at all.
