  • Recently bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS with low low miles. Practically new. It was clean and so prestige in condition I kept asking Brian what was wrong with it. It was so nice I was skeptical. I traded in my old car which he gave me a great deal on and bought the CTS. Everything was easy and welcoming and I could tell that he was not a salesman but, a man who cared about helping people into a vehicle. Here in Texas you need one. His prices are more than fair and his products, the cars are in great condition. I plan to buy another vehicle or two from Brian at Bracken Motors. I bought the car for my son as his first car that he picked out, and it was a diamond. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Bracken Motors.   • This was my first experience car shopping by myself. Beth was very kind and patient with me when going through the process of purchasing my 2010 Volkswagen New Beetle. Low mileage with 73,800 on the odometer, routinely serviced and well-cared for. I did have an issue with the vehicle the day after buying it that required immediate attention. I took the car to a VW specialist, they were able to get the part and repair same day. Freshly cracked radiator. Had a full inspection done, the mechanic said everything else looked great. Running smoothly now, I couldn't be happier with my little bug! She was absolutely worth the hassle. Brian met me halfway on the repair cost, that was unexpected and I’m grateful. This shop is run by caring people and I feel that their vehicles are fairly priced. Thank you so much Brian and Beth! 9.27.24 Update: 7 months, 9k miles and a brutal Texas summer later, no issues! 👍 I love my beetle. 🩵
