  I am leaving 5 stars because as a fellow small business owner, I know firsthand how damaging a negative rating can be, and I never want to hurt a local shop over one bad afternoon. I'm not here to tank a score with bad intentions, but I do want to leave honest feedback. We came in fully prepared to buy a Ford Transit to expand our mobile RV business fleet. However, the owner showed zero interest in helping us make a decision or answering basic questions. When you are ready to make a major purchase for your company, you expect a baseline level of customer care. Customer service is everything, and the dismissive attitude shown during our visit was off-putting enough that we walked away without buying and took our business elsewhere. I am hoping it was just an off day for them, but I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to focus on their customer experience.
