  • I had such an amazing experience with my new truck purchase. I got there late about 45 minutes before closing just wanting to narrow down what I wanted after not being sure. Jordan asked to see a Pic of one of the ones I was there to see (used 5 years old). He took a look at that and said can I show you something else I think I know exactly what you are looking for. He took me to the showroom and there it was. Exactly what I wanted an RHO. Years ago I was in love with the look of the TRX but way too much truck for my needs. However me and this RHO.... PERFECT MATCH! Everything else was so smooth thanks to Ali. Very efficient and professional I was only there about an hour and a half from start to finish. Thanks to All. I also want to thank Brian H for correspondence. I highly recommend Crown Dodge and Ram Ventura. Second car I have bought off the showroom floor.

  • I went in for a car service and left with a new truck. I dropped my truck off for service and as I was waiting for my ride I started walking the new car lot. I was approached by Jordan one of the finance managers who was just passing through. I told him I was just looking but I had been thinking about trading my 2021 Big Horn in for something new. He showed me a few 2025 options and found a couple that really caught my interest. I was able to test drive a couple trucks and take them home to show the wife to get her approval. We landed on one we both liked and Jordan was able to make it happen! He worked with us on getting the best deal to leave with a brand new truck. He was not at all pushy and super friendly. The whole process was above and beyond! If you're in the market for a new vehicle ask for Jordan! Each employee that helped me throughout the whole buying process showed excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care — especially by Wendy at the service center, who truly went above and beyond. Wendy was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of service, but Wendy absolutely does. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!
