Just picked up my shiny new truck today! Our family needed a vehicle to tote all of our sports gear, coolers and all the other miscellaneous items that goes along with a busy active family of 5. We also needed enough leg room and space in the cabin for 3 growing kids. On a referral, we called Ganley Toyota Akron and spoke to General Manager Steve Sawyer who listened and took notes on what we were looking for. He answered all our questions and genuinely wanted to find the best fit for us. At a last minute, our schedules opened up and we swung by the dealership and Steve met us and introduced us to Sales Consultants, Brian Elmore. Brian walked us through some options and giving us the run down of each model. Having done our own homework of local dealerships and what their pricing was gave us a good understanding of if we were truly getting a deal. And we did get a GREAT DEAL! They even SAVED us money on a new Tonno Cover! Picked up our brand new truck this morning and Brian took his time going over all the ins and outs of the vehicle’s system. Overall, we felt our experience was comprehensive and seamless. We never had a pushy salesy feeling which was super refreshing. Thanks guys!

One of the most positive car buying experiences I've had in my long life. From my initial outreach to inquire about a car through the entire process and through delivery of my car, people were polite, professional, well informed and friendly. My salesman, Nick, was excellent and answered my endless questions with a smile. He was very professional. I also met Nick's manager Roberto who was equally professional and helpful.
