  • Needed a truck quickly to replace my 2014 GMC Sierra. Did my research on line and found a recent trade in which just arrived in their shop that morning. No photos yet and was undergoing their Toyota Certified check before detailing and prep. So I inquired online about a 2021 Tundra which was my targeted vehicle.   • I had a great experience with Jesse at Ken Ganley Toyota Akron. I was searching for a 2021 Lunar Rock Toyota Tundra. Jesse had received this truck as a trade in on 10/7 and I found it online on 10/8. I knew I had to act quick; car had a clean title, all services done at Toyota and had a clean carfax. Jesse sent pictures, carfax report and information on the truck asap. He was answering my questions as fast as he could and within hours I had booked my flight (coming from Maryland). When I arrived he arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport. Car was as described online and paper work was ready at the dealer. I was in an out in about an hour.
