  • I bought a car about a month ago, the first week the dashboard light came on, checking, so I went to the dealer, they automatically scanned the car and turned off the light, the second week went by, the light came back on, and I noticed that the car was not moving very well, I went back to the dealer and they paid my electricity bill again and they told me that everything was fine, they changed a valve that goes under the car and they told me that was what made the light come on, I was calm and I left three weeks after changing the oil when I measured it on the dipstick, it didn't show oil as if all the oil had come out, the car doesn't have a reservoir, everything is dry, so I went back to the dealer, I told them what happened and they told me to take it in for warranty, so I took it in for warranty and they didn't solve anything for me, to this day they still haven't solved anything for me, I'm telling you this so that you are aware of the cars that you are going to get from this dealer because they already knew that the car was bad and they still sold it to me It is consuming oil and to this date I have not received any response from them. I feel scammed.

  • Wilbert took the time to answer all my questions and educate me. I was new to used car shopping, so he helped me with things like checking fluids and using an OBD2 scanner. During the scan we noticed the alternator voltage was low, and Wilbert replaced it the next morning. They were transparent, didn’t pressure me, had the Carfax printed, and welcomed a PPI. My impression is that Kindred Auto is honest and genuinely cares about its customers.

  • I bought a 2002 Chevy suburban Z71 with low Mileage from Will, the Owner. I told him the car was for my wife and 5 kids And that I needed a reliable vehicle, He Stated to me “he got it checked out as if it was his own So, I move forward and purchased the vehicle. a week later I noticed sometransmission issues six, 6 months down the line I need a Transmission replacement. I’m still paying for the car that My wife barely drove. His favorite line After doing business, is “now you have a friend in the car business” Told him about my problem he referred me to a mechanic that gave me the same Quote as mine.. Don’t buy a car for this guy he does Shady business And sells junk!
