I have wanted a Lexus CT200h for a long time. They had one that was extremely clean and runs very well. I’ve purchased several vehicles since moving to the U.S., and my most recent purchase—a 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from Budget Auto Wholesale—has been the best experience by far. The van was exactly as described, in excellent mechanical condition, and fairly priced. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Deepak and the entire team were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about their customers. While we were completing the paperwork, I asked if they had coffee. They immediately said, “Of course.” It turned out they didn’t actually have any coffee in the office, but without saying anything to me, they drove to Starbucks and brought me a cup of coffee. I was genuinely surprised by that level of service. It was a small gesture, but it says a lot about how they treat their customers. The entire buying process was fast, straightforward, and transparent.
