  • Bought a car here. No pressure. Mike was great and paperwork was filled out efficiently. They held a car for me to test drive after speaking with them over the phone. Got a good deal and they work with your terms and are flexible with their pricing. So far, so good. Drove home today from Bellevue with no issues. The trip was an hour and a half away. Was told to contact them if there were any major issues on my purchase, even though it was an "as is" sale. Highly recommend.

  • I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Sonic from Auto Car Zone and am pleased with the experience. They have your selected car waiting for you if you call ahead, make good recommendations for test-driving routes, and give zero pressure to purchase. Going in knowing the listed price was firm was nice - they know what it's worth to them, you know what it's worth to you, and if that matches up, awesome. No haggling. There were a couple of mileage-appropriate issues I was aware of from the test drive, but the price was so fair I opted to simply have my mechanic address them. Beyond that, my mechanic was also satisfied with the purchase after giving it a thorough once-over. The car was spotless and handed over to me with a full tank of gas when I picked it up. All in all, very easy transaction.

  • I made last minute appointment to look at a 2019 Subaru Legacy, spoke with Alex and he was very accommodating. Showed me the car right when I arrived and there was zero sales pressure. Car was clean as advertised, clear Carfax and they were willing to do some extra detailing prior to purchase. Decided to buy the car and was a super easy transaction with these guys. Would definitely recommend doing business here. Edit- a check engine light came on a few days after having the car. I bought the car "as is no warranty" and as a prior mechanic I know these things can happen out of nowhere. I let Alex know about it and without hesitation he said bring it back and they'll take care of it. A couple days later I had the car all fixed up with repair receipt included, and its working great. These guys are fair, honest and really know how to take care of their customers.
