  Do NOT — and I repeat DO NOT — purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The entire experience, which is STILL ongoing, has been an absolute nightmare. I originally contacted the dealership because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for at what appeared to be a reasonable price. During my first conversation with Sal, I specifically asked detailed questions about the condition of the car. I was told the vehicle was “mint,” and that the convertible roof was fully operational. Based on those representations, I moved forward with the purchase. The dealership offered delivery for $250, which I accepted. However, it took several weeks for the car to arrive, and I had to repeatedly contact them just to get updates on the status of delivery. When the car was finally delivered, they did a very quick walk-around. I noticed the convertible top looked worn and damaged, and when I questioned it, I was told, “It’s a convertible they all look like that.” A few days later, once I had a chance to actually drive and inspect the vehicle, I discovered the convertible headliner was completely detached from the roof. It hung down so badly that you could barely see out of the rearview mirror. I immediately contacted the dealership. Their response was to tell me to get it repaired and let them know what the shop said. That’s when things got even worse. The first convertible specialist I took the car to refused to even touch it. He told me the damage was extensive and estimated repairs at well over $10,000. I found a second shop that repaired the detached headliner for $500 and initially believed they could replace the convertible top. After keeping my car for nearly two weeks, they came to the exact same conclusion: the repairs would cost upward of $10,000. At that point, I contacted the dealership again and requested a refund. They refused. Instead, they offered to let me transfer into another vehicle. So I drove 2½ hours to pick out another vehicle. They gave me temporary plates and a temporary registration, but admitted they did not yet have the title or bill of sale. I was told the paperwork would be overnighted to me immediately. It seemed honest enough Four weeks later, I still had nothing. I began contacting them repeatedly, only to be told over and over again that the paperwork was “being overnighted” and that I would receive tracking information. Another four weeks passed with the same excuses. I specifically requested that, along with the paperwork, they send me an extended temporary plate so I would have time to get to the DMV legally. What finally arrived was incomplete title paperwork — no bill of sale, no extended temporary plate, and still no ability for me to legally register or drive the vehicle. My temporary plates have now expired, and I am paying for a rental car because I legally cannot drive the vehicle I purchased. I honestly do not understand how this dealership stays in business. This has been one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the aggravation — stay far away from this dealership. I am currently pursuing legal action.

  Let me tell you people something that may come across this place. It’s ran by a family of scammers who are just out to make a buck!!! I recently bought a truck from from this place and this has been the worse experience I’ve had with a so called business. I’m pretty sure that every vehicle that comes in there possession is not being looked over. The guy NICK is going to lie lie and keep lying to you about everything. I had to bring the truck back,Nick had it for a week and not 1 thing was fixed then he goes and gives me a fake invoice stating that he had repairs done. When I finally tracked down the business. The place doesn’t even exist!!! Now I’m trying to get my tags from the dmv and this guy didn’t give me a paper that’s showing it’s being released from him. so maybe later on he can say that I still owe him money!!! If you come across this review just go somewhere else!!!!
