His customer service is the BEST I have encountered. He made the process feel easy as I dislike shopping for cars and we were mentally recuperating from the accident.   • We drove from Austin to Houston to trade my CRV for a new Honda Civic because they beat all the competitor prices a substantial amount. While we were While not being there taking care of the trade, we saw the 2025 Honda pilots that were discounted as well to make room for the 2026s coming soon. Everyone there was very personable, professional, and helpful without being the typical high pressure car salesmen. We went to Easy Honda for one car and ended up leaving with two! Would definitely work with Cesar and Su next time we are in the market for new vehicles. Thanks for making it easy and painless y'all!!
