  Avoid Igor is my recommendation. I spoke to Eric on the phone which many seem to agree seems nice, but he wasn't there when I went in. Igor told us to wait 5 minutes for them to bring the car from the other lot and it took about 15 because apparently they had to jump start the battery... well that can't be a good first sign. He was hesitant about even wanting to replace it before selling it, I figured that would be a given. Said something along the lines of "We CAN probably change it IF it needs a new one" which was a big red flag, what do you mean "if"? I wanted to take it to get a pre-purchase inspection and he makes sure to tell me "Whatever they find, we're firm on price and won't negotiate no matter how many repairs they find out it needs or what it might cost." Yeah, I'm out on that one man, see ya. Seemed completely checked out and disinterested/uninvested from the start, just a blank unchanging emotionless stare and monotone voice, going on his phone distracted, etc. Was also dressed super ostentatiously with loud jewelry, Timberland boots, designer clothing etc. which I guess explains why he doesn't seem to care about whether he makes a sale or not, but it definitely contributed to the "sleazy car salesman" stereotype. As for the cars themselves, some were so jam-packed and forgotten behind 4 other cars all the way to the wall next to a lot of tree branches/leaves and never touched or maintained at all. They had completely yellowed pricing papers in the dashboard and huge creepy buildups of spiderwebs claiming the car as their official home. Most of them seemed to have more exterior defects than any of their online pictures seemed to want to divulge. Needless to say we decided to continue exploring our options elsewhere.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Erick! He was extremely helpful in finding the right van for my mom. She was set on wanting a Honda Odyssey and finding one very similar to the she got totalled. Thankfully when she reached out to Erick he had one in stock. He speaks Spanish so it was very easy for my mom to communicate with him. We checked out the van, let her test drive it, and even put a big red bow on it when we finalized purchase. This is our 3rd time working with Erick and I would 100% recommend coming here and working with him. The dealer has a good range of vehicles at very reasonable prices. He makes the purchasing process very seamless. As someone who works in the auto loan industry, he is very knowledgeable with all the documents and the whole process from start to finish. The owner even came over to meet us which was a nice touch. It's nice to know the owner is very involved in his business. Thank you!

  After doing my homework...and look for over 1 month cars reviews....and listen to experts and enthusiastic people...youtubers...and set my mind on what car I need....I came tonthisnAuto Dealer..and ending up buying a very nice used Toyota Prius....but when I came to the store.....it was a hard decision....even with my mind already set on what I want and need....and that s because they have a great selections of vehicles....sales person was super kind..polite...nice guy non pushing.....and then I meet the owner..very young guy..also very polite..I really feel good at this place...I highly recommend this dealer to friends and regular people....the web page...very easy to navigate and take a look on what they have.....my experience buying from this dealer.....Triple AAA....super...thank you very much 5o all the personal working here. My best wishes and listen....I m not getting pay or getting a bonus to place this ...they really deserve it....my best wishes to the dealer.
