  • Terrible place to buy a used car from. To start, they would not let me take the car to a mechanic I wanted to, and then referred me to a place that did a very poor job of the pre purchase inspection. Many times, Erick did not communicate or respond. I needed to keep calling to get traction. They did try to repair the side mirror that was cracked, but did it incorrectly. As well; they ordered incorrect cap that was missing. After sale, one week after I tried to reach out to see if they would be accommodating since the check engine light came on, along with some other lights. It's understandable they are not accommodating, but it is unfortunate not willing to work with you at all. Stay away from Golden Bull. There is a reason they do not want you to take the car to your preferred mechanic for a pre purchase inspection.

  • I purchased a vehicle from Golden Bull a year ago and I am about to go back for another one. This was my first time purchasing a used car from an independent dealer and I was nervous about it. It was fairly priced and here were are a year later and there have been no surprises with maintenance. Also, they made sure to fix a brake light that was out before I even left the lot. Highly recommend if you are looking for a used car.
