  • Despite the negative reviews. I had a very positive experience. On 08/08/25, I purchased a 2013 RAM 1500 Big Horn Quad Cab. Vehicle needed very little, tail light and an A/C control module. I paid cash. Regardless of the work and fees, I still paid wholesale. Even with all-in. I worked with Matt (sales consultant) and worked extensively with Muhammad (manager). Both upfront with everything! I don’t understand the negative reviews, you’re buying wholesale to the public. Be thankful for the opportunity given in this economy and what’s been going on for several years with the premiums on vehicles and the automotive as a whole. And no, I wasn’t paid to post this review. This was on my own volition just like my choice of buying a car from here! Truly old school style dealings here!

  • Was an amazing experience. Came in to talk about a car we were interested in but Moe was a great help and help us find something better.

  • I purchased a 2019 Audi S5 from this dealership on august 23, 2025, and within one hour of leaving the lot the car broke down. The hood started smoking because there was no coolant in the car. When I tried to restart the car after adding coolant, it would not start at all. I had to pay out of pocket for towing and have never been reimbursed. Since then, their customer service has been unacceptable. They blocked my number, ignored my calls, and even left me on hold for 2 hours just to avoid dealing with me. When I came into the office in person, Kevin Martinez, who sold me the car, completely ignored me and refused to make eye contact. His work is terrible and unprofessional. This dealership sold me a car that was not roadworthy, and instead of taking responsibility, they have lied, stalled, and tried to escape accountability. I have evidence of fraud and misrepresentation. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, beware of their dishonesty, fraudulent practices, and lack of integrity. Protect yourself and take your business elsewhere.
