  First, thank you Moises and Mateo for the process of getting my husband's R1M. We drove from Panama City with the kids and got to have a mini vacation out of it. Unfortunately, due to Westlake taking a while, we had to come home, but the good news came the next week and the bike was shipped! Thanks for working on getting it to us fast! Yay! Sadly, the battery died shortly after the driver left. It did however start before loading it onto the truck and when the driver was here. It was just a small thing. Nothing a charger couldn't fix. The bike came in great shape. So, Shawn is cruising around and everyone loves his bike. Thanks again guys for all your help near and far! - Brittany and Shawn Richburg

  After dealing with a stressful situation from a previous dealership and trying to secure a bike that ended up falling through, I turned to Riders Miami and Mateo was able to get my approved for this beautiful 2025 R1M. Pictures and videos do not do this bike justice. Mateo was able to answer all the questions I had, send videos due to being out of the local area and even helped with taking price off the shipping due to a slight hiccup with the bank. But overall Thank you Riders Miami for hooking me up with my new ride. If you are in need of a new bike, this is the place to be.

  My fiancé and I have bought ten bikes here over the past few years and we always recommended them to our friends. After a really bad experience with another local dealership, we realize you can’t trust everyone in Miami. Riders has great bikes and great service. I totally trust them and am so happy with my new Scrambler!!
