  • I bought a car here back in October. A couple days later the car needed to be serviced because it was blowing hot air through the AC. It was returned to me and soon after started blowing hot air while the car was idle. Fast forward to May and it is blowing hot air constantly. Upgrade Auto Sales isn’t the worst used car dealership I’ve dealt with but there are certainly better ones. Just be careful and do your research before giving your money to the first used car dealership you happen upon like I did.

My partner and I are first time buyers with very little credit history. so we were pretty discouraged but mark one of the finance reps there at upgrade auto was amazing. He did his best to make we were taking care of his approach was very honest and down to earth. He made us feel comfortable and chose the perfect vehicle that suited our needs. Very Happy with upgrade auto sale service today. Will recommend anyone this place when looking for a new or used car!
