Quality Auto Group had a great selection of vehicles. We were impressed by how clean nearly every car on the lot was. Jason was fair and easy to work with. Got a great deal on a small SUV. We shopped all over San Antonio for a used vehicle and, oh boy, there are some real junkers out there. If the dealer doesn’t provide one, I highly recommend paying the fee for a CarFax report. I always wait a while before leaving a review (at least three months), but I am very happy with this vehicle. I was hesitant about buying a vehicle with high mileage, but this one has been a great purchase, so far.

I’ve been looking for good reliable vehicle that doesn’t break the bank now about a month. Every time I thought I found something I go and look at it and the pictures or description was completely off.  I found this great car that was too good to be true from quality auto group. Went there to look at it and it did not disappoint. The car was exactly as advertised from pictures to description. It drive absolutely perfect and was priced below every car in its category.  Jason helped me out and made the device smooth and fast. I will be going back there to buy another vehicle for my daughter next month. I checked out most of their cars and they look clean.

My son purchased a 2016 hyundai veloster from here, and we took it for a quick look over at Firestone. The mechanic there said it needs tires and would not pass emissions. We took the vehicle back and were told everything is good past emissions and everything. Very next day check engine light came on it started over heating. When you accelerate, it wouldn't go. I get it's a used vehicle, but it should not have been sold for 7/8 k if it was going to. The next day, I have all of these issues. And for the owner to reply with you think you know about vehicles. I/ we may not know everything about vehicles as we are not mechanics, BUT you should also NOT sell vehicles for 8k when the next day ends up having lots of repairs. Depending on what the mechanic finds out today, I will go from there. I will be contacting BBB about this dealership.

I think you as a dealer/seller need to own up to you selling vehicles not worth what they are being sold for.  And I did contact BBB because ppl need to know that you do turn off the check engine lights on vehicles. To clarify, the worker at Firestone just did a visual look over he was not able to take it in to do a full inspection. I know the vehicle was purchased used, but I don't feel it was worth what we bought it for. And you, instead of arguing back and forth to make it right, should have taken it back to fix the issue.. What comes around goes around. Is all im going to say.

Was in the market for a SUV and visited Quality Auto and I noticed this place has very clean vehicles and the lowest prices in town. Jason helped me and was very clear and fair.  Love my new SUV!  Thank you Jason!
